Enjoy our famous raspberry shortcake!You’re invited to the 17th Annual Raspberry Festival! This annual fund-raising event for the Historical Museum at St. Gertrude includes an arts and crafts fair, hand crafting demos (flint knapping, spinning and more), a fun run, quilt show, car show, kids carnival, chapel tours, live entertainment and huge slices of homemade raspberry shortcake. Set against the beautiful background of the Monastery of St. Gertrude, the festival attracts more than 2,500 visitors who come to eat, play and shop for unique, handmade crafts and gifts.

7:00 am -10K Fun Run / 5K Walk race registration
 
8:00 am -Chapel Bells ring to honor the stories of the past that are told at the museum
 
8-10:00 -10K Fun Run/ 5K Walk
-Breakfast at the museum
 
10:00 -Classical Guitar on the gym stage
-Raspberry Shortcake in the gym
-BBQ beef sandwiches, hot dogs and nachos in the gym
 
11:00 -Molly Malones at the gazebo
-Muzzleloader Demonstration on the high school field
-Hamburgers, hot dogs at the museum
 
12:00 pm -Chapel Bells ring to honor the present and the stories currently being written
-Molly Malones on the gym stage
-Classical Guitar at the gazebo
 
1:00 -Mary Kay Jungert's Swinging Keyboard on the gym stage
-Muzzleloader Demonstration on the high school field
 
2:00 -Old Time Fiddlers on the gym stage

3:00 -Muzzleloader Demonstration on the high school field
 
3:30 The following events announced in the gym:
-Car & Motorcycle Show winners
-Silent Auction "winners"
-Grand Prize Raffle winners (need not be present to win)
